1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ryffar platform ("Service"), including the web application at app.ryffar.comand the Ryffar Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ryffar. Please read them carefully before using our Service.

2. Description of Service

Ryffar is an AI-powered LinkedIn growth platform. The Service includes:

AI content generation — creating LinkedIn posts trained on your unique writing voice
Post drafting and scheduling — composing, editing, and organizing LinkedIn content
Self-commenting and self-reposting — automatically adding follow-up comments and reposts to your own LinkedIn posts
Smart engagement — discovering relevant LinkedIn content in your feed for engagement opportunities
Post analytics — tracking the performance of your LinkedIn content
Voice training — analyzing your writing style to generate content that sounds like you
Knowledge base — storing reference materials to give the AI additional context for content creation
Team workspaces — collaborative content management for teams and agencies
Company page management — managing LinkedIn company pages you administer

The Service is delivered via a web dashboard at app.ryffar.com and a Chrome browser extension available on the Chrome Web Store.

3. Account Registration

To use Ryffar, you must:

Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to online services)
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Ryffar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4. LinkedIn Disclaimer

Ryffar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to LinkedIn Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

The Ryffar Chrome Extension interacts with LinkedIn using your active browser session with your explicit consent. By using features that interact with LinkedIn (including post scheduling, self-commenting, self-reposting, feed discovery, analytics synchronization, and company page management), you acknowledge and agree that:

These features operate using your LinkedIn session credentials, which you voluntarily provide by installing and connecting the extension.
The use of third-party tools that interact with LinkedIn may not be permitted under LinkedIn's User Agreement. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with LinkedIn's terms.
Ryffar shall not be held liable for any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account, including but not limited to warnings, temporary restrictions, reduced content reach, or account suspension.
You use these features at your own risk and discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for spam, harassment, hate speech, or any illegal activity
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent
Use the Service to mass-harvest, scrape, or extract data from LinkedIn beyond what is necessary for the Service's intended features
Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, credit allocations, or free trial restrictions
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service
Upload malicious content, viruses, or code designed to harm the Service or other users
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Ryffar, including post drafts, voice profiles, knowledge base items, and uploaded media. By using the Service, you grant Ryffar a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service's features (e.g., AI content generation, voice training, content scheduling).

Our Software

Ryffar and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, design, branding, and documentation. The Ryffar name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Ryffar. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service's AI features is provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content. However, we do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

7. Subscription & Billing

Ryffar offers free and paid subscription plans with varying feature access and usage limits.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is displayed in the dashboard and may vary by region.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Paddle, or Razorpay depending on your region. We do not store your payment card details.
AI features consume credits, which are allocated based on your subscription plan. Additional credits may be purchased through credit pack add-ons.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused credits, or credit pack purchases. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RYFFAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account as a result of using the Service
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Service interruptions, downtime, errors, or bugs
The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RYFFAR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or our infrastructure. We may do so with or without prior notice.
Effect of termination: Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., invoice records retained for 7 years for tax compliance).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the Service or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
